Located in the beautiful neo-gothic building at 29 Rhosddu Road in Wrexham, The Lemon Tree Hotel and Restaurant is in a prime position. It also boasts 12 beautiful bedrooms and a 70 seat restaurant which offers a stunning a la carte menu.

Sam Regan bought The Lemon Tree Hotel and Restaurant in December 2014 as a going concern. His experience as a Head Chef and later, General Manager in the industry stood Sam in good stead as he took on The Lemon Tree.

Already, Sam has seen plenty of repeat business and is looking forward to continuing to build on such strong foundations within the community of Wrexham and beyond.

How did we help?

Sam quickly realised that the systems in place in The Lemon Tree were not suitable for such a large business and, already having been contacted by B2 Business Systems, Sam felt happy to discuss his requirements.

Our Solution

At B2, we recognise that every customer has different requirements and that each one should be treated as an individual with tailored solutions specific to their needs. Once Sam’s main concerns had been discussed, it became apparent that there would be at least two suitable options to meet Sam’s brief. Not only would each create a much more efficient system for him, but they would also realise immediate savings.

Sam received a bundle of IT hardware consisting of Lenovo PCs and NAS storage, Sophos antivirus software a multifunctional colour printer which also enabled, scanning, faxing and copying, and allows Sam to print from just about anywhere through it’s mobile print capabilities. He can also scan documents directly to cloud services including Google Drive and Microsoft Office 365 for storage and collaboration purposes.

Not only does such flexibility provide Sam with multiple time-saving initiatives, all of his chosen options are processed on one simple monthly invoice too. So, Sam now knows exactly how much he is spending on print on one simple predictable monthly invoice and, within the first month of installation, Sam saw considerable savings of 53% on ink alone.
