Helpdesk:

Our own team of telephone based engineers aim to resolve many customer issues quickly and without the need to despatch field engineers. We’ll guide you through the options in plain English and you won’t need to get your toolbox out! If a fault cannot be corrected this way, we will ensure an engineer is despatched as a priority call to prevent any further downtime.

Remote Support:

Remote access capability allows us to support, monitor and resolve matters, freeing you to focus on your business priorities. Our remote software allows us to record meter readings, status of equipment and consumable levels, ensuring a toner cartridge is dispatched to you before you even realise it needs replenishing.

Customer Care:

All B2 employees are trained to put the customer’s needs first! The entire B2 team is committed to providing a professional and fast response to all enquiries and service without compromise.

Account Management:

Your designated Account Manager is only a call or email away and available for a full account review at any point within your contract. An account review can comprise of machine service status, report and statistics, volume and cost analysis, and advice on cost control and print management. We’re here to help, every step of the way.

Delivery, Installation and Training:

Delivery and installation services can be provided anywhere throughout the UK at a convenient time to suit you to minimise downtime and disruption. All our devices have a pre-delivery inspection and configuration to your agreed requirements.
